Current Career Opportunities:

Fitness / Personal Trainer

Description: The primary responsibility of the Fitness/Personal Trainer is to handling all initial new member fitness appointments; promoting and enrolling members into programs; and to provide personalized fitness programs that are motivating, safe and effective to individuals and small groups based on respective goals. Other objectives include providing a high level customer service while monitoring the fitness floor; being the point of contact on the floor; assisting people with the use of the equipment; maintaining fitness areas; answering member’s fitness-related questions.
Hours:Full Time, 20-25 sessions/ week minimum, scheduled by appointment, possibility for some evenings or weekends
Requirements: Certified by NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE, NSPA or other National Recognized Certification; Candidates must be service oriented, reliable, energetic, experienced and passionate about fitness and helping others.

Group Exercise Instructor


Description: The Group Exercise Instructor is responsible for conducting safe, fun and effective group exercises classes.
Hours: Varies, depending on class schedules
Requirements: Instructors must be experienced or willing to become trained and certified. They must be an authentic role model have excellent instruction skills. They must be committed, energetic, reliable and love to teach; must be credentialed with a nationally-recognized certification.

Fitness Consultant (Membership Sales)


Description: The primary responsibility of the Fitness Consultant is to effectively recruit new members into the club through active prospecting, utilization of the referral program and community outreach. In addition, the role requires service our existing members. Through an effective sales process, the Fitness Consultant is expected to produce a consistent sales effort in order to exceed both personal and team sales goals.
Hours: Full time; must be flexible and work nights and weekends; 5 day work week.
Requirements: Must be motivated and a self-starter; financially and goal-driven; team oriented; accustomed to and experienced with working with sales goals and quotas; able to remain organized and focused in a fast-paced environment; strong communication skills; have prospecting passion; previous inside and/or outside sales experience preferred; previous industry experience preferred; must be exercise and health-oriented; Training provided.

Member Service Desk Representative


The Member Service Desk Representative is the nucleus of the club staff. They are responsible providing a warm and cheerful greeting to our members and guests by name, anticipating and exceeding their needs and providing a fond farewell. In addition, they are required to handle the juicebar, some administrative duties; and maintaining the desk in a neat and orderly manner.
Hours: Part time; must be flexible
Requirements: Customer service and problem solving skills; professional and upbeat personality; track record of reliable work history and dependability; love being around and servicing people; willingness to work the register and juicebar area and be accountable to shift closings and well clean and sanitize work area; willingness to be flexible with schedule.

Kids Playroom Attendant


Description: The Kid’s Playroom Attend and responsible; greeting the members and children; providing proactive safekeeping and educational entertainment of the children; overseeing the activities calendar; handling some administrative duties; ordering supplies as needed; maintaining the Playroom clean neat and orderly.
Hours: Part time; must be flexible; primarily M-F 9am-12pm and 4:30 -9pm Sat & Sun 8am-12:30
Requirements: Experience in childcare, especially with preschool age children; CPR certification; customer service and problem solving skills; professional and upbeat personality; track record of reliable work history and dependability; love being around and playing with children; willingness to clean and sanitize supplies and toys; willingness to be flexible with schedule.
